1.Our guild member slot extended twice this week. Lolli sponsored partlu for the 1st time and burst sponsored partly twice. Thanks to them.

2.We have saw many new members coming into our guild. Welcome them =) new member pls take time read bbs and blog to understand more about our system, and jiayou train all. Hope to see all of you will be 3 digit in lvl =)

3.Since we have a lot more members now, i hope guild can maintain at least 6 ppl login at anytime.(except midnight and morning), so all try to be active in guild^^

4.Scarlion - we probaby will go for scarlion dis weekend if we can form a squad. Who wan to join have to register here(comment space) or at guild bbs. This run will be for bossing squad only(no vip slot), means only 4 those who have the ability to help out in bossing.

5.Weekend activity - anyone can think of any activity for this weekend?(relaxing 1, unlike scarlion), we have not been gathering for quite a long time, pls give ideas of what can we do during this weekend, definitely will make our members's friendship grow =)

6.Blog music box - you can request to play any particular song. or dedicate a song to anyone. Just post the song name, artist name etc at cbox.

authority of a jr.

what is the authority of a jr in this guild?

1. can add anyone into guild without permission from master.
2. can lead guild member to gpq run,(no need master permission) or organize events.(pls tell master about event earlier)

What a jr need to do?

1. self initiative -- know what is right to do at the right time.
-- can solve some matters when master is not around.
(etc: whn members argue, do something if situation turns bad, or simply too noisy)
2. able to lead -- can lead members anytime, not juz when got event
3. creativity -- any form of creativity that will make this guild better.

What is the previlege of a jr.?

I cant think of any in exact. But i need jr to help me maintain guild. I hope they feel honoured and willing to hold the post. But of coz if any jr want to step down its ok. Just tell me.

guild pq (8/8/2009)

We went to gpq again today.

1st run

Participants : xiaodk, tensa, aii, lolli, prodatz, darky, mob, tray

We done everythng well. Tray is doing a good job. He learnt from us during past time at stage 1 and he could do well without others' help today. Prodatz and tensa are learning from us and i expect them to master it pretty soon. Stage 2, 3, 4 is easily done. We are experienced, as usual =). Boss is downed very fast. Our attackers are nice^^. We get 1 showdown skill book again today. But its hard 2 sell ==

2nd run

Participants : xiaodk, aii, lolli, darky, mob, tray

Everythng is done well... until 1 part... tat moob ah... he took a spear... but he tries 2 jump another part of the room, and he broke the seal.. then he realized that one ppl cant loot 2 spear. So everyone must focus on that part trying to get the spear. Unfortunately, nobody succeed to get it in 180sec, and it dissapeared... finally our gpq failed so early at stage 2. Noob mob.

After this pq.. We ranked at top 8 in fornax, we hope to achieve 1st page in the rock of honour after next pq.

Scarlion Run info

I intend to make scarlion run more organised by having a fixed squad. Those members of this squad will be our main attackers and supporters. When scarlion run is on, I will 1st call these members. I will also pay more attention to these members, and mayb help them n train them more. But members joining this squad will also need to work harder to sharpen your weapon and raise ur damage. (dont give yourself too much pressure, juz you nid to work harder doesnt mean you need to achieve 50k damage per skill tomorrow)

We need healer, all form of attackers( bm, nl, captain, xbm etc) and rusher (viper n rush warrior).
No. of members in this squad is not restricted. But I may not sign you in if you are too far from being able to help yet.

I will also assign a squad leader which will definitely not myself.

Squad leader leads the squad to scarlion, not me. So he/she have to be able to communicate and lead well, and more important, have a good relationship with members.

1. Due to her dedication and contribution to guild, as well as votes from some members, xpoplollix has been chosen to become the jr of lollipopx33. Gratz and hope lolli will continue her hard work in raising our guild ^^

2. I want tot set a scarlion system for our guild, with rules and rewards.
--- I : members of bossing squad will get the priority of getting helmed 1st
---II : members who intend to get vip slot need to donate 10m to guild
---III: down bossing squad's pot usage is sponsored by guild if exceeds 3m per run
---IV: all drops from scarlion belong to guild
---V : bossing squad gets member point.
---VI: Bossing squad members get share if we sell vip slot to non guild members.

This is a guideline to the future scarlion run as our guild will have the ability to down boss reli soon. Members can post your comments about this at suggestion space.

3. We need more members into our guild, lv70 and above maplers can be invited ^^

4. Blog visitors will definitely get extra member point. Keep this in mind.

5. Blog moderators can post anything you thnk is appropriate without asking me. I choose u as moderator because i trust you.

6. We definitely need more members in our guild. I hope that we can maintain minimum 6 members logged in at anytime in our guild (except midnight and morning). Members pls invite ur buddies into our guild. Just tell any jr to add them if u are not jr.

As our guild is getting bigger and bigger, we need 1 more jr to help in maintaining the guild. After having the discussion with the current jrs, i decided to let all the members (including master and jr) to vote for the new jr here!

Little announcement

1.ThugReborn selling Angel ray basic, and bishop wan then go offer him.

2.Every night we go scarlion or gpq if enough ppl, we go scarlion only if we have enough attacker online. (Enough ppl doesnt mean ai must be there, jr. can lead)

3. Ai may give one more ppl jr.

4. As our guild is developing, we need more active members in the guild. So if all of you have friends who want to join our guild, kindly tell the master or jrs. to invite.

1st Scarlion attempt

Our guild started our 1st scarlion attempt on monday night. We were too free at that moment, feizhu was tired of spamming, so we called for a scarlion run.

We had a hard time forming party because we have 7 ppl going 2 scarlion, and the odd one out will not have heal and hb. We had a good suggestion, that was to leave moob out as the odd one as we all agreed that his life is worthless. But then he keep #$*#@$#@$ there so we have to pt him to keep him quiet.

1st scarlion run,
Ai, feizhu's viper, moob, burst, darky, zhaoyun

1st run is basically a waste as Ai dced at b1, so we have to start it over again.

2nd scarlion run,
Ai, Zhaoyun, zuimong, moob, burst, darky
everything was done well, rusher did quite a good job as it was their 1st scarlion try. We kill b1.
When b2 left 40% hp, feizhu's house connection broke down, zuimong n zhaoyun dced. So our scarlion run cannot be continued. Ai summoned targa for fun as we could not down scarlion anymore.

Guild PQ on saturday midnite

We started at around 11.30pm. We did a total of 3 round pq which makes our guild ranking become no. 9 in fornax.

1st round :
Participants : Ai, Lolli, Mob, Burst, Zhaoyun, Tray(koc), Stylo, XiaoAi
Process :Things started well from beginning. 1st stage is well done, jump quests were done in rather short moment, but at the mastermind part(stage 3), we are stucked a bit, being failed at the 1st attempt(7 tries). But we were able to make it, stage 4 well done, all part is done very quickly. Time to down damn er goth. Boss fight is not so difficult, we faced a little bit of difficulty being dispelled quite often by tat dumb boss. However, our sweet attacker lolli, our tough dk zhaoyun, "pro" viper moob, almost- hero xiaoAi, almost-viper stylo, ranger burst, and boss Ai were able to prove that er goth is nothing to us. And we were able to defeat him.

Reward : lvl30 ninja storm skill book, 1 lvl30 chain lightning skill book

2nd round:
Participants : Ai, Lolli, zhaoyun, gogo(noob id), zuimong, darky, burst
Process : This round is done very quickly, all of us in the squad are experienced enof to know what to do next. Stage 1 and jump quest were done in one breath. But we were stucked a bit at mastermind, but it took us no time to get it done, proceed to 2nd jump quest, done again, bossing, easy, some casualties in our squad but we made it to the bonus stage.

Reward : ninja storm lvl30 again, lvl30 showdown

3rd round:
Participants : Ai, Lolli, zhaoyun, gogo(noob id), zuimong, darky, burst
process : This round is as quick as storm, we auto position ourself in the post we nid to do, no instruction is needed, but we faced problem in the 1st jump quest, probably tat everyone is tired(2am at that time), we lost patience and it took us quite some time to get jump quest done.
But at the mastermind part, we win bak our time, just 1st 3 attempt and we passed the stage. 4th stage is done quickly. Bossing stage is easy as expected.

Some may thing it is time consuming and a wastage of time as you can go lvling, but in my opinion, friendship is more important, i want my guild members to be friends instead of maplers where their affairs are only trade, training, other sorts of in-game benefits. We will become pro one day, but lets have fun on the way to our target^^

Guild event on 31/7/2009

Tonight's guild event is the trial for tomorrow's guild event of "find the right person". Ai played a noob char and hide in various location in victoria island. Some members participated and earned member points.

Round 1: Ai in the burning land 5
Most member is searching at the wrong location, either rocky road(east), or west domain of perion, where ai is actually hiding at burning land, bottom portal of perion. Darky was the 1st to search this area and he found the right person! gratz darky - 200 member point.

Round 2: Ai swimming in natillus dock
The given range of area is lilth harbour, henesys, and natillus dock. Ai is actually hiding in a "swimming pool" inside natillus dock, tracking those participants. Many search only around the area of henesys and lilth harbour. It seems like ai's hiding location is a bit unexpectable. Burst even search the wrong channel. However, Queenie found ai pretty fast in the pool as if a girl's instinct is always right. gratz queenie - 200 member point.

Round 3: Dead Ai in Drake hunting area
This round tooks a long time as most member cant find ai. Actually ai has travelled a long way into drake hunting zone, beyond evil eye cave and ant tunnel path, an unexpected area for a noob to go. Ai is killed by drake, but he waited there for quite a long time until he gave tips to participant not to search ellinia. Darky lolli and queenie search sleepywood, but not deep enough into drake hunting zone. SUDDENLY, an unexpectable participant pass by. Ai saw her but pretended not to be the right person coz she seemed blur blur. Celeste has juz found da right person and won round 3. Gratz auntie^^ -250point

We somehow got enough members to join tonight's guild pq. Everything is doing very fine and we even get all quest done 45min earlier than last guild pq, thanks to cooperation of every members. Special thanks to tray for his attempt to help us to pass the jump quest where only below lvl30 member can do. We cannot pass this stage without him.

The boss moment is a bit disasterous. Ai's lagginess screwed things up. (me f3, im not supposed to die facing this noob boss f3), however, other attackers' attempt to kill tat noob ergoth is very appreciated. Celeste's hard work in healing da main pt is also a very brave job as shes only a lvl 83 priest. We killed er goth, but unable to finish off their bodyguards within time limit.

We will try harder next time, ergoth, say prayer before you die !
