guild announcement

A lengthy announcement again, so long since i last updated, I just type in anythng that I have in mind, but it should be everything you necessarily need to know from me.

1, Guild will reorganize with different ppl bcoming jr master - holeman, wenjing, aliciatang2.
Now jr master speaks for me, when im not around, and decides any guild event or matter that may happen. Its not easy to keep members organized, so please listen to them.

2, New member requires at least lvl70 to join guild from now on.

3, We wont be running scarlion at this meantime for 3 reason
-preparing for something bigger (well not that big actually)
-most of our members are helmed
-I will not helm new members 1st considering that some took helm n left guild using wateva excuse.

4, Guild will need a conduct code, and its simple, - be nice to guild members at anytime. Take this rule seriously. Repeat : take this rule seriously

5, We have 2 new alliance here with devolution the newest 1. We look forward for any chance of cooperation which will benefit both guild.

6, Feizhu is on a long break, but our plan will carry on without him.

7, Guild slot is expanded to 65slot, please dont abuse guild slot.

8, I hope to maintain guild member lvl average at 100 lvl.

9, zak quest will be carried on soon together. Zak boss members will be informed. If you are interested, you may ask for slot but you are not guaranteed to be able to join 1st run. But there will surely be more runs in the future. So dont get dissapointed if u are not in the 1st run.

10, Having new alliance is a good thing, be nice to ally member,-- if they are nice to us too.

11, Any new suggestion for guild? pls post here again. ( I will focus on suggestions that focus on guild improvement and members' benefit, instead of individual's one)

12, We don't need so much guild fund bcoz most will be used to expand guild only and we have around 20m+ guild fund. I need someone or more than one person who is willing to help guild sell thng as i cant sell them all alone.

13, Ask what you can do for others before expecting what other can do for you, key to be respected by others.
